Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Srinagar. The Tutor will be responsible for delivering personalized lessons based on the individual requirements of students, creating lesson plans, assessing student progress, and providing feedback to support their academic growth. Other responsibilities include fostering a supportive learning environment and maintaining regular communication with students and their families.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in explaining subject concepts, lesson planning, and curriculum alignment
- Strong assessment, feedback, and progress monitoring skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to different learning styles and needs
- Dedication to fostering educational growth and engagement in students
- Previous tutoring or teaching experience is a plus
- Relevant academic qualifications in teaching or the subject area are preferred
