Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tutor, located in Vellore. The Tutor will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging lesson plans, providing individualized guidance and support to students, conducting assessments to track progress, and maintaining an interactive and inclusive learning environment. Tutors will also collaborate with other educational staff to continuously enhance the teaching methodology and support student academic goals.
Qualifications
- Strong subject matter expertise in science or mathematics relevant to competitive exams like NEET and JEE
- Ability to develop and deliver engaging and structured lesson plans
- Proficiency in conducting assessments and analyzing student performance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to mentor and interact effectively with students
- Knowledge of modern educational technology and teaching tools is a plus
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as education, science, or engineering
- Experience in mentoring or teaching roles is highly desirable
