In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, troubleshooting and resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for technology. Responsibilities: - Provide technical support and troubleshooting to customers via phone, email, and chat - Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or manager - Maintain accurate documentation and records of customer interactions - Continuously expand your technical knowledge to provide better support - Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a technical support or customer service role - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Good working knowledge of various software and hardware technologies - Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment - Willingness to work in flexible shifts, including nights and weekends - Proficiency in English and local language(s) (if applicable) - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
