Our technical team is remote-first, but all non-technical team members are based out of our headquarters in NYC. We value in-person collaboration and organize regular offsites to bring the team together. We operate as a lean organization where each person is empowered to take full ownership over their work and results. Our company is low on hierarchy and unnecessary meetings, and high on personal agency.

Our founding team met while building Coinbase Custody, the world's largest and most secure crypto custodian. The products we've built across the industry have been responsible for protecting over $100B of crypto. At Turnkey, we've built a low-ego, high-slope, and crypto-native team, with over 100+ years of combined experience in cryptography, security, and low-level systems.
