<strong>Position Summary:</strong><br>We are seeking a reliable and experienced Nurse (RN or LPN) with a background in assisted living or long-term care in Minnesota. This role is ideal for someone who values a low-resident ratio and the ability to provide attentive, relationship-based care.<br><br>

<strong>Key Responsibilities:<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Perform resident assessments and ongoing monitoring</li>
<li>Administer medications and treatments per physician orders</li>
<li>Coordinate care with providers, pharmacies, and families</li>
<li>Maintain accurate and compliant documentation (per MN assisted living regulations)</li>
<li>Supervise and support caregivers/CNAs as needed</li>
<li>Assist with care planning and updates</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with Minnesota Department of Health assisted living standards</li>
<li>Respond to resident needs and changes in condition</li>

<strong>Qualifications:<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Active RN license in the State of Minnesota</li>
<li>Experience in assisted living, memory care, or long-term care preferred</li>
<li>Familiarity with Minnesota assisted living regulations strongly preferred</li>
<li>Strong communication and organizational skills</li>
<li>Ability to work independently in a small setting</li>
<li>Current CPR/First Aid certification</li>
<li>Familiar with the Residex database </li>
