</div><div>We are seeking an experienced <strong>Property Manager</strong> to oversee the day-to-day operations of a <strong>98,000 square foot commercial property</strong> located in <strong>University Park, Texas</strong>. <strong>Key Responsibilities<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Manage daily operations of the commercial property, ensuring efficient, professional, and compliant performance</li>
<li>Serve as primary point of contact for tenants; build strong relationships and promptly address concerns</li>
<li>Oversee vendor contracts, service providers, and maintenance teams</li>
<li>Coordinate preventative maintenance, repairs, and improvement projects</li>
<li>Manage a team of eight employees</li>
<li>Assist with lease administration, renewals, and tenant move-ins/move-outs</li>

<strong>Qualifications<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>3+ years of experience managing commercial properties. <strong>Storage, Warehouse or Apartment management will not be considered </strong>
</li>
<li>Bachelor's degree required</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of building operations, real estate showings, maintenance, and vendor management</li>
<li>Excellent communication, employee management and customer service skills</li>
<li>Highly organized with strong problem-solving abilities</li>
<li>Focused and results driven </li>
<li>Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office</li>
<li>Experience with leases & lease selling, and showing space to potential tenants</li>
