We are a small group of machine learning engineers and competitive programmers from top institutions worldwide. We deliver value servicing private and capital markets real estate stakeholders: REITs, Private Equity firms, hedge funds, development firms and so forth.

We're building something that scales. Now, we’re looking for a seasoned full-stack engineer to join our team and play a foundational role in our growth.

The Role
As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you will be instrumental in shaping both our product and its architecture—balancing rapid iteration (0→1) with scalable, efficient growth (1→100). Beyond building, you’ll have the opportunity to work with our CTO to define our scaling strategy and potentially lead product teams as we expand.

What You'll Do

1. Scale Efficiently: Build infrastructure that can handle large-scale data ingestion, processing, and retrieval across 20,000+ municipalities.
2. End-to-End Ownership: Work across the full stack—from backend data pipelines to frontend interfaces along with orchestration and DevOps pipeline.
3. Optimize & Automate: Improve data scraping, processing, and storage efficiency with scalable architectures.
4. Collaborate & Lead: Work closely with the founding team and, over time, lead additional engineering pods focused on separate product lines.

Who You Are

1. Experienced Builder: 5+ years in full-stack development, ideally with ML/data-heavy applications.
2. Scalability-Focused: Proven experience in designing architecture that scales efficiently from MVP to enterprise-level usage.
3. Tech-Savvy: Strong expertise in Python, Node.js, or similar backend stacks. Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, etc.), containerisation (docker),  distributed systems, and data pipelines.
4. ML Experience (Nice to Have): Understanding of LLMs, NLP, or AI-driven applications is highly desirable.
