We are looking for a reliable, hands-on Operations Officer to be the heartbeat of our Hyderabad office. 🚀 The Role

This is a hybrid role blending Office Administration and HR Operations. You will be the primary point of contact for our Hyderabad team, ensuring the office is compliant, well-stocked, and welcoming, while also handling essential people-ops tasks.

 

Your Core Responsibilities:

• 🏢 Office Ops: Manage facilities, vendors, internet, and supplies to ensure zero downtime.
• 🤝 HR Coordination: Handle employee onboarding (welcome kits, setup) and offboarding logistics.
• 📂 Compliance: Maintain employee records, track attendance/leave, and manage basic HR documentation.
• 🌏 The Bridge: Act as the operational link between the Hyderabad office and our Head Office in Australia.

✅ Who We Are Looking For:

• Experience: 2–5 years in Operations, Office Admin, or HR Coordination.
• Communication: Excellent English (written and verbal) is a must for coordinating with international stakeholders.
• Mindset: You are proactive. You don’t just report problems (like internet issues or supply shortages)—you fix them.
• Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable with spreadsheets, trackers, and maintaining digital records.
• Location: You are based in Hyderabad and comfortable working from the office daily.
