Turbo Wash – Canal Winchester Location
Earn up to $16/hour in your first 90 days
- Start at $13/hour
- Earn up to $15/hour within 90 days based on performance
- Average +$1/hour in commission incentives
- Backpay increases available when you hit milestones

What This Job Actually Is
This is not detailing. You are part of a fast-paced operation running an automatic car wash.
- Guide vehicles safely into the wash tunnel
- Keep cars moving efficiently—no slowdowns
- Monitor equipment and fix small issues quickly
- Keep the site clean, stocked, and operational
- Interact with customers confidently and professionally
- Work as a team to hit daily performance goals
