Role Description
This full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru requires a skilled Tunnel Engineer (Mechanical / Electrical) to assist in designing, planning, and executing tunneling projects. Responsibilities include overseeing excavation operations, monitoring tunnel development, maintenance and manufacturing of TBM's. The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals efficiently and safely while adhering to industry standards and project specifications.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Excavation techniques and Tunnel Engineering practices
- Problem-solving skills and familiarity with safety protocols in tunneling projects
- Experience 0-4 years.
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Mechanical, Electrical (ECE, EEE, EE).
- Relevant experience in tunnel boring machines or sub-surface construction projects is preferred
- Relevant experience in TBM Manufacturing would be added advantage
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams
- Willingness to work on-site and adapt to project schedules and demands
