About the role

We are recruiting for a variety of Culinary positions including Steward, Cook, Pastry Chef, Butcher and Chef de Partie.

  • TUI BLUE Adriatic Beach, Živogošće
  • TUI BLUE Makarska, Igrane


Seasonal contracts are from 1st April to 31st October 2026. You will need to be available for the full contract duration.

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Preparing and presenting high-quality food according to the hotel’s standards.
  • Assisting in maintaining kitchen hygiene and safety standards.
  • Supporting the team in daily kitchen operations, including stocking, cleaning, and equipment maintenance.
  • Following recipes and portion control to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to deliver excellent guest experiences.


ABOU YOU

  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential for entry-level positions.
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Must be a resident of either Montenegro, Macedonia, Serbia, Chile, Argentina or Mexico.
  • A good level of English to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
