The Programme: Our International Graduate Programme is a two-year journey that offers unparalleled opportunities for professional growth, personal development, and international exposure. Designed to mould future leaders in the travel and tourism industry, the programme is structured around four six-month rotations (e.g. Marketing, Engineering & Maintenance, Commercial, Crew Planning, Strategy, Procurement, Airline Operations, Innovation & Digitalisation etc.). This structure allows you to experience different facets of our business, helping you to discover your strengths, passions, and aspirations within TUI. Please note: Due to local HR regulations, employment contracts can only be issued in Germany, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, and Belgium. However, a maximum of two international assignments in other TUI locations are possible during the programme. Applicants must have legal residency in the country where they wish to be employed.
