<li>Identify guest's concerns and needs and effectively communicate to our technician team. </li>
<li>Review the Tuffy payment plans</li>
<li>Professionally review the Digital Courtesy Inspection (multi-point inspection) with our guests</li>
<li>Review work completed with the guest at bill-out</li>
<li>Review our nationwide warranties and our roadside assistance program</li>
</ul><div><strong>Qualifications</strong></div><ul>
<li>A positive, energetic attitude</li>
<li>Team player</li>
<li>Strong organizational and follow-thru skills</li>
<li>Demonstrate the desire to improve and advance personally and professionally</li>
<li>Two years of experience in an auto repair facility</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license with good driving record</li>
