As a Grill Cook at Tucanos, you’re not just preparing food—you’re firing up the heart of our entire dining experience. From sizzling steaks to marinated meats, your grill is where Brazil comes alive. You’re responsible for delivering perfectly cooked proteins that are juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection—time after time.

But it’s not just about heat—it’s about heart. You’ll take pride in every skewer that leaves your station, knowing that your work is the centerpiece of the guest’s plate. Your precision, timing, and presentation have a direct impact on the guest’s enjoyment—and on the energy in the dining room.

You’ll also be responsible for maintaining a clean, well-organized grill station, prepping ingredients, rotating product, and collaborating with the team to keep service running hot and smooth.
