Role Description The TSM (Territory Sales Manager) role at FindiBANKIT is a full-time on-site position based in Bikaner. The role involves managing and expanding the agent and partner network within the assigned territory, onboarding new retail outlets, and ensuring that they are trained on FindiBANKIT’s products and services. The TSM will be responsible for achieving sales and transaction volume targets, driving adoption of key services such as DMT, AePS, micro ATM, and bill payments, and monitoring performance metrics. Day-to-day activities include conducting field visits, building and maintaining relationships with agents, resolving operational or service-related issues, and providing regular market feedback to the regional leadership team. The TSM will also collaborate with internal teams on marketing initiatives, compliance requirements, and process improvements to enhance customer and agent experience.
Qualifications
- Strong sales, business development, and territory management skills, with experience meeting or exceeding targets in financial services, fintech, or related domains.
- Ability to build and manage relationships with agents, retailers, and local partners, including skills in negotiation, stakeholder management, and customer support.
- Good understanding of digital payments, basic banking operations, and fintech products such as money transfer, AePS, micro ATM, and bill payment services.
- Effective communication and presentation skills in English and local languages, with the ability to explain complex services in a simple, customer-friendly manner.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and reporting abilities, including comfort with using mobile apps, dashboards, and basic office productivity tools.
- Self-motivated, field-oriented mindset with willingness to travel extensively within the territory and work in diverse urban and rural environments.
- Previous experience in channel sales, FMCG, telecom, or financial inclusion initiatives is an advantage.
- Minimum educational qualification: graduate degree in business, commerce, or a related field; relevant diplomas
