About the role

Team Management and Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of lead generation specialists. Set clear performance objectives and KPIs for the team members. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback. Identify training and development needs and organize relevant sessions. Foster a collaborative and positive team environment to maximize productivity. Lead Generation Strategy: Develop and execute effective lead generation strategies in alignment with company goals. Identify target audience segments and tailor approaches to reach them effectively. Utilize various channels, including email marketing, social media, content marketing, etc., to generate leads. Continuously analyze and optimize lead generation campaigns for improved results. Lead Generation: Personally contribute to lead generation efforts by actively prospecting and generating leads. Engage with potential clients through multiple channels and communication methods. Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria and ensure accurate lead data entry. Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business objectives. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handover and follow-up processes. Collaborate with the content team to create compelling materials that support lead generation efforts. Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor and analyze team performance metrics and lead generation data. Provide regular reports to management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations. Use data insights to make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
