KRA (Accountabilities) (Max 1325 Characters)Supporting Actions (Max 1325 Characters)
KRA1 Sales Management ?Drive Demand Generation activities as per the plan in the area.
- Drive Sales as per the plan in the area and achieve set targets.
- Have excellent relations with channel partners/ key customers.
- Drive Overall Collections of payment from customer.
- Resolve complaints if any.
KRA2 Lead Conversion ?Manage Lead end to end and ensure conversion of leads.
- Generate new leads through various forums.
- Conduct Presentations/ Demos independently for conversion of the leads.
KRA3 Influencer Engagement ?Engage all influencers (architects, applicators etc.) covered in Engagement Programs launched by management.
- Conduct promotional meets as per approved plan.
KRA4 Brand Visibility
- Plan and implement local branding (wall paintings/ POP’s etc.) for maximum brand visibility.
- Suggest ways to improve brand visibility
- Conduct promotional activities for improving brand visibility.
