Key Result Areas
KRA (Accountabilities) (Max 1325 Characters)Supporting Actions (Max 1325 Characters)
KRA1 Customer support *Timely attain customer complaint if arises
- Ensure timely redressal of complaint.
- inform R&D on regular basis regarding product performance.
KRA2 Retail activity *Arrange for proper visibility of POP material at retail counter
- Conduct training program for retailers and its staff
- Regular interacting with stockiest and retailers for product promotion and smooth secondary sales.
KRA3 Applicator development * To develop 10 applicator per month for correct application of product
- Regular conduct training program for applicator.
- maintain relationship with large applicator for exclusive use of our product
- Maintain city wise records of all potential applicator
KRA4 Technical meeting with Architect & Builders * Meeting with minimum 15 potential Architects every month
- Meeting with minimum 15 potential Builders every month
- To keep city-wise complete records of Architects & builders with their future projects in hand
- . Regular presentation to architect and builders for imparting knowledge.
KRA5 Lead and order generations * Achieving Monthly Target
- Co-coordinating with local officer to promote product in trade segment
- Presentation to architect, builders for lead generations
- Arrange for sampling at site and ensure conversion
- Generate orders as per company specified norms for payment and dispatch.
- Coordinate with logistic and depot in charges for availability of stock and timely dispatches to customer.
- Timely Payment collection as per P.O. terms.
- Timely Collection of C-form, if any.
- To maintain all records independently such as quotations submitted to customers, P.O. copy, payment records, invoices/challans and all correspondence with customers and plant.
