What You'll Do: Collaborate: Work closely with senior developers and cross-functional teams (including operations, analytics, and digital) to deliver high-quality, customer-focused applications. Contribute: Assist in the design, development, testing, and deployment of new features and applications that enhance user experience. Maintain and Optimize: Continuously improve and optimize existing systems to boost performance, security, and usability. Code with Purpose: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in line with industry best practices. Innovate and Learn: Stay on top of new tools, technologies, and methodologies to improve your development skills and contribute fresh ideas. Engage: Participate in agile team activities such as code reviews, sprint planning, and stand-ups to drive project success. What You'll Bring: Qualifications: A tertiary qualification or certification in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. Technical Skills: Solid understanding of core programming concepts with practical experience in languages such as JavaScript, Python, or C#. Web Development: Familiarity with web frameworks Version Control: Experience with Git or other version control systems is highly beneficial. Mindset: A problem-solving approach and eagerness to continuously learn, grow, and tackle new challenges.
