In person attendance is required for one week during the year for Truveta Planning Week. For overall team productivity, we optimize meeting hours in the pacific time zone. We avoid scheduling recurring meetings that start after 3pm PT, however, ad hoc meetings occur between 8am-6pm Pacific time. We are seeking a backend software engineers who: Have experience or interest in the search space and/or index generation and index serving Can create innovative search solutions that meet evolving customer requirements Are quick learners and can demonstrate the ability to trade-off optimization, complexity and time to ship Has knowledge and experience in using and designing distributed systems, data pipelines, APIs and consumption experiences Strict adherence to Truveta principles in support of ethical innovation Willingness to commit to ongoing training on key topics like privacy, ethics, and security Key Qualifications 3+ years of experience building production quality software in a team setting 1+ years of experience working on large scale search systems Experience using C#, .NET, Kubernetes, NoSQL databases and cloud storage/processing B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or related field Why Truveta?
