As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in managing day-to-day HR operations, from onboarding new team members to fostering relationships with partners and vendors. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to multiple aspects of HR, ensuring smooth operations and a great workplace experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have a smooth transition into the organization.
2. Recruitment Support: Coordinate interviews, liaise with candidates and hiring managers, and ensure an efficient recruitment process.
3. Vendor Management: Collaborate with external partners and vendors for recruitment, training, and other HR-related services.
4. Employee Engagement: Organize and support initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction and engagement.
5. HR Operations: Handle employee records, payroll inputs, and other administrative tasks to ensure compliance and accuracy.
6. Policy Implementation: Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures aligned with company objectives.
7. Problem Resolution: Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns, providing guidance or escalating as needed.
   
   

What We’re Looking For:

1. Experience: 3+ years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or a similar HR role.
2. Skills:
   -Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
   -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
   -Proficiency in HR tools and software is a plus.
   -Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
   
3. Knowledge: Familiarity with labor laws and compliance requirements in India.
4. Mindset: A collaborative, people-first approach with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
