We were born during the pandemic so “remote” is part of who we are, but we also get crazy excited when we meet in our office in sunny ☀️ Valencia.

The role is fully remote within Spain, with occasional visits to Valencia.

What You'll Do at TrustWorks 🚀

• Execute Go-to-Market actions and strategy:

Drive product launches and feature updates from planning through execution. Ensure every release is strategically positioned to meet our business and customer goals.

• Craft Differentiated Messaging & Tell Customer-Driven Stories:

Translate complex privacy and AI governance capabilities into compelling, clear, and differentiated messaging that resonates with scale-up and enterprise audiences. Deepen our understanding of privacy professionals and their needs. Build messaging, content, and campaigns rooted in empathy, real challenges, and measurable outcomes.

• Build Sales Enablement Materials:

Create best-in-class sales collateral (specific demos, pitch decks, battle cards...) to empower our go-to-market teams to succeed in high-stakes conversations.

• Own Product Marketing Strategy & Drive Campaigns :

Develop and lead product marketing strategy across the full lifecycle—from awareness to adoption to advocacy—working closely with product, marketing, sales, and customer success. Produce thought leadership and demand generation content, including blog posts, customer case studies, landing pages, and webinar narratives that engage our ideal customer profiles.

• Launch with Impact:

Orchestrate memorable, multi-channel product launches that create excitement internally and externally. Ensure launches are global-ready and cross-functional.

• Champion Customer Advocacy & Represent TrustWorks:

Lead initiatives to turn happy customers into advocates—whether through testimonials, case studies, or active involvement in our webinars and Privacy Community. Join key industry events (like IAPP), webinars, or partner panels as a storyteller and evangelist of our vision for collaborative compliance.

• Measure & Optimize:

Own your metrics. Define KPIs, report on performance, and continuously iterate on strategies based on what’s working.

Who We’re Looking For 🔎

To succeed in this role, you should have proven experience in digital publishing and a track record of driving traffic and lead generation for growing businesses.

• Well-rounded product marketer: You’re hands-on, comfortable wearing multiple hats, and thrive in fast-paced, objective-driven environments.
• Experience: 3–5 years of product marketing in B2B SaaS startups, ideally with enterprise-focused products.
• Product-focused mindset: You can connect privacy trends and compliance needs with technical capabilities—translating complexity into clear, compelling value.
• Strong communicator: Exceptional English writing skills with the ability to craft succinct messaging that resonates across audiences and channels.
• Mission-aligned: You believe privacy is a basic human right and understand that Good Data Brands build stronger relationships with customers.
• Growth-driven: You bring a builder’s mindset—resourceful, curious, and confident that constraints spark creativity.
• Collaborative operator: Experienced in working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to deliver high-impact initiatives.

Bonus skills & attributes 🎖

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, English, Journalism, or related field
• Ability to create privacy content in multiple languages (German, French, Portuguese)
• Experience in privacy technology, AI governance, or deep tech is a plus
• Passion for technology and familiarity with startup culture
• Conversational Spanish
