The Role

As a key member of the Founder's Office, you'll work directly with our founders on strategic initiatives. This includes (but not limited to):

• Business Analytics: Deriving data led insights to guide company strategy and product development

• Customer Success: Interacting with customers to resolve their queries in collaboration with the tech team, and leading large accounts

• Growth Strategy: Analyzing user behavior to identify opportunities and generate qualified leads

What You'll Bring

1. 2-4 years of professional experience, preferably in fast-growing startups
2. Preferably from IIT, NIT, BITS
3. Strong SQL skills and business analytics expertise
4. Exceptional communication skills and problem-solving abilities
5. Proficiency with analytics tools (Tableau, Mixpanel, Amplitude)
6. Experience building tool-based automations to streamline operations
7. Self-starter mentality with ability to thrive in ambiguity

Location: Bengaluru
