Java Backend Developer

Responsibilities of the Candidate: Leadership & Team Management: Lead a highly dynamic and fast-paced development team with a focus on delivering high-quality software within tight schedules. Exhibit strong leadership qualities to manage multiple stakeholders and project timelines simultaneously. Technology Agnostic Problem Solving: Demonstrate a technology-agnostic approach to problem-solving, enabling the selection of the best tools and technologies for each project. Navigate complex challenges and provide solutions under stringent deadlines. Requirements: Proficient in Java, Angular, Node.js, Redis server and Spring Boot frameworks. Deep understanding of Microservices Architecture and Distributed Transactions. Strong knowledge of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), Data Encryption/Decryption, and Spring Security. Experience with API Standards and System Integration technologies. Expertise in Session Management, Session Tracking, and Performance Tracking/Debugging. Familiarity with various Logging Frameworks and their integration. Hands-on experience with Docker Management for containerized applications. Proficient in integrating third-party APIs with Angular applications. Strong understanding of Java Design Patterns with practical implementation experience. Extensive experience in Logging using various frameworks to monitor and troubleshoot application performance. Proficient in JUnit Testing with a deep understanding of different testing frameworks to ensure code quality and reliability. Ability to act as an individual contributor when needed, providing hands-on coding, debugging, and technical expertise.
