Technical Lead

What are we looking for:
We are seeking a dynamic Tech Lead who is passionate about technology and innovation.The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience leading a team of 4-5 developers and a strong background in backend or frontend development within the IT services industry. If you are a proactive leader with excellent problem-solving skills and a desire to leverage Generative AI to accelerate software development, we'd love to hear from you.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical guidance and hands-on support in coding, design, and architectural decisions.
2. Work on TrueReach AI’s proprietary GenAI platform to build enterprise grade software
3. Review code by junior developers(AI) and instruct any changes required.
4. Accept pull requests and review test cases.
5. Ensure project deliverables are met on time.
6. Collaborate closely with clients and cross-functional teams to gather requirements,provide regular milestone updates, and take full ownership of product delivery.
7. Drive continuous improvement in product quality and team efficiency.
8. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
9. Contribute to the strategic vision of the company by proposing new technologies and methodologies.

Requirements:

1. Total Experience: 4-7 years in software development within the IT services industry.
2. Leadership Experience: Minimum of 1 year leading a team of 4-5 developers.

Technical Expertise:

1. Proven experience in backend or frontend development technologies.
2. Experience working on diverse and qualitative products.
3. Industry Background: Must have a background working with IT service companies.
4. Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related Field.
