We work with lenders, affiliates, and fintech partners to deliver high-quality leads at scale. We're looking for a Contract Lawyer to support our legal and compliance efforts as we grow. Job Summary We are hiring a Contract Lawyer to draft, review, and manage legal agreements with affiliates, vendors, and lenders. This role will also lead the creation of a comprehensive compliance program to ensure our business aligns with federal and state regulations. Knowledge of data privacy, fintech laws, and cybersecurity is a strong plus. Responsibilities Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with affiliates, vendors, and lenders Ensure all contracts include proper liability, indemnification, and data protection terms Develop legal content for consumer-facing websites (Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions, Disclosures) Build a full compliance policy deck covering: Business Continuity Disaster Recovery Information Security Consumer Dispute Resolution Record Retention Vendor Management TCPA, CAN-SPAM, FCRA, UDAAP, HIPAA, CCPA compliance Internal policies on training and hiring Respond to compliance questionnaires and regulatory inquiries Monitor federal and state fintech regulations (CFPB, FCC, state lending rules) Collaborate with tech teams on data security and cybersecurity protocols Travel to Legal & Compliance Conferences Qualifications JD (Juris Doctor) and licensed to practice law in the U.S. 3+ years of experience in contract law or compliance (preferably in fintech or lead generation) Strong knowledge of TCPA, HIPAA, FCRA, CCPA, CAN-SPAM, UDAAP Experience drafting contracts and compliance documentation Excellent communication and legal writing skills Bonus: Experience with cybersecurity, data protection, or working with tech teams
