Our team is our competitive advantage and we are better together YOUR MISSION The Chief of Staff to the CEO is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, facilitating executive engagements, and ensuring the effective execution of the company's objectives. The Chief of Staff is part of our Executive Leadership Team, and requires a highly motivated individual with a passion for process improvement and strategic implementation, ensuring the smooth functioning of executive systems and driving continuous improvement initiatives. RESPONSIBILITIES Planning & Execution Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team to define company initiatives, implement strategies to execute against them, and monitor and report the progress against these initiatives. Support the company’s battle rhythm, driving key leadership meetings, track action items, and drive task completion. Act as a key stakeholder in problem solving and implement improvement measures. Operations Drive the day-to-day operations of the CEO office, helping to set priorities, manage time effectively, and support internal and external communications. Build and maintain strong relationships across teams, acting as a liaison between the executive team and other employees. Establish and enforce standard operating procedures, including but not limited to management of our OKRs. Execute meeting preparation and follow-up activities. Special Projects Own ad hoc initiatives and projects small to large with a “no job too small” mentality and a bias towards ownership and impact. Stay updated on emerging trends and evaluate their impact to the business. Act as an advisor and thought partner for new ideas and initiatives. Prepare presentations and communications – qualitative and quantitative - for executives, investors, the Board of Directors, and external speaking opportunities. Leadership, People & Culture Act as counsel and decision support to the CEO, ensuring effectiveness of communications and analytical support. Act as a proxy to the CEO, help streamline decision making and provide leverage to the entire leadership team. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment. Implement and maintain security measures for sensitive information. Create and review internal and external communications. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's Degree with 10 years of related experience and a minimum of 7 years in project management or a strategic role. Must be able to hold a TS/SCI clearance and be willing to submit for polygraph. Ability to operate effectively in an ambiguous environment and address issues without specific direction. Strategic mindset to identify areas for improvement and bridge gaps between functions. Ability to collaborate with the Leadership Team and influence without direct authority. Strong prioritization skills to complete multiple tasks and projects within critical deadlines. Strong data analytic capability and attention to detail. Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships and interact with senior management. Ability to safeguard sensitive information and respect confidentiality. Understanding of detailed program financial management and problem-solving skills. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint. Comprehensive knowledge of company operations, policies, and procedures. COMPENSATION Base Salary: $172,000-$230,000 Equity + Benefits including Health, Dental, Vision, HRA/HSA options, PTO and paid holidays, 401K, Parental Leave Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, location, and experience.
