Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Truck Driver based in Surat. The Truck Driver will be responsible for safely operating trucks, transporting goods, complying with DOT regulations, and ensuring timely deliveries. Daily tasks include vehicle inspections, loading and unloading cargo, maintaining transportation logs, and adhering to all safety and traffic regulations.
Qualifications
- Possess a valid CDL Class A license and demonstrated proficiency in truck driving.
- Experience in safely loading, unloading, and handling truck cargo.
- Strong knowledge and adherence to DOT regulations.
- Ability to inspect and operate trucks as per safety standards.
- Proven track record of punctual and professional deliveries.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends or holidays if required.
- Previous experience in logistics or transportation is a plus.
