Job Summary:


The Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging with potential leads, generating new business opportunities through both online channels and in-person field visits, and driving sales for MaxelTracker. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a strong background in digital product sales.


Responsibilities:

● Lead Generation:

  • Identify and qualify potential customers through online research, digital campaigns, networking, and field visits.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.

● Sales Engagement:

  • Engage with leads to understand their needs and effectively communicate how MaxelTracker can address their challenges.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and follow-up meetings both virtually and in-person.

● Relationship Building:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, support) to align on strategies and provide feedback from the field.

● Sales Strategy & Reporting:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Track and report on sales activities and outcomes using CRM tools and other tracking systems.

● Market Analysis:

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital technologies.
  • Provide market feedback to help shape product enhancements and sales strategies.


Requirements
  • Proven sales experience in digital products or technology-based solutions.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with CRM software and digital marketing tools is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel for field visits and client meetings as needed.
