Role Overview:

The TRS Trainee role is a full-time, on-site position at KKD (Kakinada) / Barmer. Trainees will support technical and operational tasks, including managing tools, equipment, and processes for project execution. This role offers hands-on experience and professional growth in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist engineers in daily project activities
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and workplace efficiency
• Maintain tools, equipment, and processes
• Execute assignments as per project requirements

Qualifications:

• Technical skills in equipment handling, troubleshooting, and process improvements
• Basic knowledge of Health & Safety standards
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt and learn quickly in fast-paced settings
• Educational background in Engineering, Operations, or related fields preferred
• Proficiency in relevant tools/applications is advantageous
