Role Overview:
The TRS Trainee role is a full-time, on-site position at KKD (Kakinada) / Barmer. Trainees will support technical and operational tasks, including managing tools, equipment, and processes for project execution. This role offers hands-on experience and professional growth in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist engineers in daily project activities
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and workplace efficiency
- Maintain tools, equipment, and processes
- Execute assignments as per project requirements
Qualifications:
- Technical skills in equipment handling, troubleshooting, and process improvements
- Basic knowledge of Health & Safety standards
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt and learn quickly in fast-paced settings
- Educational background in Engineering, Operations, or related fields preferred
- Proficiency in relevant tools/applications is advantageous
