We are looking for enthusiastic freshers ready to kickstart their careers in the TRS Department at Flash Tech Consulting.
📍 Training Location: Workshop (KKD)
📍 Deployment: Mumbai rigs after 1‑year training
Eligibility:
- B.Tech – Mechanical / Electronics Engineering
- Pass‑out Batch: 2024 & 2025 only
- Minimum 6 months field experience preferred
- Mumbai & nearby local candidates strongly encouraged
Employment Terms:
- 2‑year service agreement
- 6:1 rotation schedule during first year
Compensation & Benefits:
- ₹18,000/month salary
- ₹1,800 PF contribution
- ESI benefits
