Role Description
Flash Tech Consulting is seeking a full-time TRS Technician I (Torque Turn Tech I) Trainee to join our team on-site in Barmer. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the setup and operation of torque and turn equipment, maintaining and troubleshooting equipment, ensuring the quality of delivered services, and adhering to company and client safety standards. Additionally, you will focus on learning industry best practices, documenting work performed, and collaborating with the team to meet project requirements.
Qualifications
- Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with tools and equipment, with a learning-oriented mindset
- Ability to perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and execute hands-on technical tasks effectively
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to successfully collaborate with team members and clients
- Willingness to work on-site in challenging environments; ability to follow safety regulations closely
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in oil & gas or heavy machinery sectors is advantageous
- Physical stamina to perform manual tasks and work in diverse weather and environmental conditions
