About the Role: Strategy & Operations Lead is a key role responsible for overseeing operational functions, strategic implementations, and product growth projects to ensure high-quality patient care and streamlined healthcare processes. This position will work cross-functionally with internal teams, healthcare providers, and operational stakeholders to enhance efficiency, compliance, and overall service delivery. This role requires a data-driven leader with a strategic mindset who is capable of managing large teams and driving operational excellence. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, this is an individual contributor role with [competitive target compensation ($150-180K + equity), strong benefits, and a hybrid NYC (Union Square) location.]
