About the role
Works under the supervision of the Human Resources Supervisor. Will administer benefits for all employees. Will perform general human resources functions that include coordination of employee insurance and benefit programs; Will maintain correct and current employee information in Kronos; responsible for conducting periodic file audits; will interpret human resources policies and procedures; will assist with training activities; will prepare correspondence and technical reports as required; will perform related work as assigned. Work is performed with limited latitude for the exercise of initiative and independent judgment.
