We are looking for a skilled TRIRIGA QA Analyst with strong experience in Functional and Manual Testing across IBM TRIRIGA applications. The role involves validating enterprise real estate and facilities management solutions covering PM, FM, and CM modules. The candidate will work closely with business users, functional consultants, and development teams to ensure high-quality delivery across testing cycles, defect management, and production validation activities. Immediate joiners with exposure to TRIRIGA real estate and facilities workflows are highly preferred.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Perform Functional and Manual Testing for IBM TRIRIGA applications.
- Validate business processes across PM (Project Management), FM (Facilities Management), and CM (Capital/Contract Management) modules.
- Prepare and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts based on business requirements.
- Conduct end-to-end testing, regression testing, smoke testing, and UAT support activities.
- Identify, track, and manage defects through closure with development and functional teams.
- Validate TRIRIGA workflows, forms, approvals, reports, and integrations.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams for requirement clarification and issue resolution.
- Support SIT, UAT, Go-Live, and Hypercare testing activities.
- Prepare testing reports, defect summaries, and quality metrics for project governance.
Must-Have Skills
- 5+ years of experience in QA, Functional Testing, and Manual Testing.
- Hands-on experience in IBM TRIRIGA testing.
- Exposure to PM, FM, and CM modules within TRIRIGA.
- Strong understanding of Real Estate and Facilities Management business processes.
- Experience in Functional Testing, Regression Testing, SIT, and UAT.
- Strong defect tracking and issue management experience.
- Ability to prepare test plans, test cases, and execution reports.
- Experience working with tools such as Jira, ALM, or similar defect management tools.
- Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Exposure to TRIRIGA integrations and workflows.
- Experience in Agile or Hybrid delivery environments.
- Knowledge of SQL or backend validation testing.
- Experience with automation testing tools.
- Exposure to lease administration and workplace management modules.
- Experience working in enterprise real estate transformation programs.
