With that said, we want you, the Paid Media Strategist of our dreams, to elevate our client's results across Paid Social, ABM, and Paid Search through your overall experience in Performance marketing. Here's what it takes for you to join us: You are a fun-loving person. Because we'd love to see you gel well with us!✨ Ability to understand the target audience quickly. And you should know what to say to your audience and, more importantly, how to say it. You have at least 4 years of actual B2B/SaaS Paid Media experience and can get results for our clients. Proven track record of launching successful campaigns in paid media channels and managing multi-million dollar budgets. Experienced working with complex data sets to make data-informed decisions and sharing thoughtful insights. Working knowledge of account-based marketing and ABM tools. Deep knowledge ideally across Search and social (programmatic is a bonus) Distinct crush on the SaaS market and a unique perspective on how to drive value for SaaS clients. Experienced with Web tracking, CRM & analytics platforms (i.e., Google Analytics, Google Tag manager, DataStudio, Hubspot, Salesforce) A kind, empathic, and patient person. Someone who loves working with people and solving problems with them. It's not required to have experience working remotely, but considered a plus. Ability to articulate strategy and translate it to data that speaks for itself Ability to plan, organize and manage multiple accounts simultaneously You're quality-obsessed when it comes to numbers but haven't lost your obsession with advertising as well. Excellent written and oral communication/presentation skills, including the ability to create and deliver effective presentations.
