About the role

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with our EMEA customers - Deliver an exceptional customer experience and be a trusted advisor to your accounts - Proactively manage your book of business, drive renewals, and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities - Collaborate cross-functionally with our sales, support, and product teams to ensure the success of our customers - Provide regular account reviews and actionable insights to stakeholders - Contribute to the continuous improvement of our account management processes and strategies Requirements: - 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing, client management, or account management role, ideally within the B2B SaaS industry - Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills - Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) - Fluency in English and one or more European languages is a plus - A keen interest in the travel and technology industry
