About the role
Responsible for the installation, maintenance and support of application infrastructure and Wintel servers and their related environments in a large multi-location environment (more than 24,000 servers). Collaborates with development and other infrastructure teams to design, implement and support enterprise-wide applications and infrastructure services. Provides leadership and technical expertise in the provisioning, management, maintenance and support of Wintel servers, middleware, and related components. Installs, configures, and troubleshoots Wintel servers, applications, middleware, and related components. Participates in the design, development, and implementation of Wintel server infrastructure, systems, and applications. Responsible for effective integration of Wintel servers into the overall enterprise IT architecture.
