About the role

The Lead Data Analyst will be responsible for planning, conducting, and delivering data analysis and requirements to solve complex business problems through data solutions. In this role, you will work directly with internal business partners and Information Architects from various functions and levels within the organization to implement data solutions. Requirements Gathering & Analysis - Collaborate with business units to gather and document business requirements. - Analyze business processes and identify areas where data solutions can add value. - Translate business needs into functional specifications for data solutions. Data Solutions Development - Work with IT and data teams to design and implement data solutions. - Develop data models, data flows, and data integration processes. - Ensure data solutions align with business objectives and IT strategies. Data Analysis & Reporting - Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights. - Develop and deploy dashboards and reports to support business decision-making. - Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis. Collaboration & Communication - Work closely with stakeholders to ensure data solutions meet business needs. - Promote data-driven decision-making and best practices across the organization. - Communicate data solutions goals, progress, and outcomes to senior management. Process Improvement - Identify opportunities for process improvements through data analysis. - Develop and implement strategies to enhance data collection, analysis, and reporting. - Monitor and optimize data solutions to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Risk Management - Identify data-related risks and develop mitigation strategies. - Ensure data solutions support data privacy and security requirements. Data Modeling & Design - Develop and maintain conceptual data models.
