The STO Manager is a pivotal role responsible for the end-to-end success of our Time Slot Management software encompassing full product P&L (Profit and Loss) responsibility. This includes defining and executing the product vision and strategy, driving product innovation, and ensuring the alignment of cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. As the entrepreneurial leader of the product team, the STO Manager will oversee market analysis, competitive positioning, and customer engagement to ensure the product meets market demands and achieves financial targets. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, leadership, and hands-on management to navigate the product through its lifecycle, from ideation to market success. You will manage a multi-disciplinary team of Software Engineers, Product Owners and other professionals, because of this we are open to high performing individuals from different backgrounds applying for our STO Manager role. However, you must be able to motivate and manage both technical and non-technical reports. Job purpose: To lead the product team in defining and executing the product vision and strategy, ensuring market success and financial performance. What you will do: Develop and Implement Product Strategy: Define and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with business objectives and market needs Drive Product Success: Oversee product development from ideation to launch, ensuring the product meets market demands and achieves financial targets.
