Trilon is building a supercharged, technology-enabled future for our people and partners. The Project Manager plays a key role in bringing that vision to life by managing enterprise IT and business initiatives from concept through delivery.
Reporting to the Vice President of AI and Innovation, this role is responsible for driving successful execution of projects within Trilon’s technology and business portfolio. The Project Manager ensures that initiatives are well-planned, resourced, and delivered on time and within budget. This role provides transparency to leadership through consistent status reporting, manages interdependencies across projects, and supports the development of communication and change management plans that help ensure adoption and success.
The Project Manager is both a planner and a connector, translating strategy into execution while fostering collaboration among teams and stakeholders across Trilon’s family of companies.
Project Planning and Execution:
- Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of assigned IT and business projects within scope, budget, and timeline
- Define project objectives, success criteria, and detailed work plans in collaboration with project sponsors and team leads
- Identify resource needs, assign responsibilities, and manage deliverables across cross-functional teams
- Track milestones and dependencies, proactively identifying and resolving issues or risks that could impact delivery
- Maintain detailed project documentation, ensuring decisions, changes, and actions are accurately recorded
Portfolio and Reporting Management:
- Monitor the status of projects across the portfolio and maintain visibility into progress, risks, and resource utilization
- Prepare and present project status updates, dashboards, and key metrics to the Vice President, Strategy & Portfolio and other stakeholders
- Support prioritization of projects based on business value, resource availability, and strategic alignment
- Collaborate with finance and leadership teams to track budgets, forecasts, and actual expenditures
- Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes and portfolio governance frameworks
Communication and Change Management:
- Develop and execute communication plans that ensure stakeholders remain informed and engaged throughout project lifecycles
- Partner with business sponsors and functional leaders to design change management strategies that support adoption and minimize disruption
- Create clear, concise, and audience-appropriate communications such as updates, presentations, and executive summaries
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions to drive alignment and decision-making
Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement
- Build strong relationships with project sponsors, IT leadership, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and accountability
- Partner with other portfolio managers and project leads to manage dependencies across initiatives
- Coordinate with external vendors and partners to align timelines, deliverables, and expectations
- Promote a collaborative environment that values transparency, ownership, and continuous improvement
