Job Summary:
Trileaf is seeking a FULL TIME, Senior Project Scientist with at least 2 years of field experience conducting environmental due diligence work on commercial real estate projects, to include Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (Phase I ESAs). This position is located in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Candidates will work remote, but MUST RESIDE in the DFW area.
Travel to project location, take detailed notes and photographs of site as needed
Conducting interviews, in person, via email, and phone
Performing regulatory agency file reviews
Reviewing historical data (including topographic maps, Sanborn fire insurance maps, city directories, and aerial photographs)
Prepare and Review of Phase 1 and !! Environmental Site Assessment Reports
Perform QA/QC of field notes
Conducting field work to collect samples of potentially contaminated subsurface media (soil, groundwater, and soil vapor) and/or indoor air
Compare analytical contaminant data collected to applicable regulatory standards
Basic Qualifications:
