About the role

Job Summary:
This position is our entry level revenue related accounting role. In your role as Revenue Specialist, you will prepare/process client invoices monthly and assist with other accounting responsibilities, such as project manager coordination, accounts receivable follow-up and project/billing status reporting. 

The preferred location for this position is Laramie, WY, which is home to Trihydro’s Corporate Headquarters.  Laramie is a great community that provides ready access to multiple recreational venues, opportunities associated with our state colleges, and mountain west living.   

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and project team members.
  • Complete monthly billings with a variety of different projects and project managers.
  • Ability to fulfill client billing and reporting deadlines. 

Qualifications:

  • Associate or bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance or Business-related field, or an equivalent of 3 years prior job experience in accounting.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong sense of self-motivation.
  • Strong time management.

Performance Objectives:

  • After training/full onboarding, be able to independently work on 100 + project billings (beginning of project lifecycle to end).
  • Work within revenue group on special projects and deadlines.
  • Work under Group Manager and Team Leader on special projects as needed.
