Project Manager

Trigyn has a contractual opportunity for a Project Manager. This resource will be working Remotely. Job Responsibilities: Seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives across HR, operations, or business domains. The role demands strong leadership in managing multimillion-dollar budgets, stakeholder engagement, and delivering high-impact projects on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities * Plan and manage end-to-end project delivery. * Coordinate with the project team as well as with the Leadership. * Engage stakeholders, define project scope, timelines, and deliverables. * Manage risks, timelines, and resource allocation. * Lead change management initiatives, including system upgrades and organizational restructuring. * Use Agile/Scrum practices and PM tools for efficient execution. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Business or related field. * 15+ years of experience; 5+ years in project management roles. * Strong background in HR, business operations, or enterprise initiatives. * Proven success managing cross-functional, global teams. * Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project). Desirable * International org experience * ERP knowledge (e.g., PeopleSoft) * Strong communication and leadership skills
