HICT Training Specialists

Develop, design, implement, and evaluate training plans, and methodology Prepare Job aids and materials Formulate training outlines and determine proper instructional methods by utilizing knowledge of specified training needs and effectiveness of such methods through: Individual training Group instruction Over-the-shoulder support E-Learning training via LMS Attends required meetings, conference calls and briefings as directed by the Line Manager Address end user questions effectively and in a timely manner Coordinate and/or perform administrative functions necessary to deliver and document training programs Sets up classrooms, training materials, and required handouts Assess the training needs of end users and modify current training materials and techniques for individuals Delivering classroom Instructor Led Training (ILT) as required in for Clinical Information Systems, one-on-one and/or Over telephone training Demonstrates skill in preparing instructional aids and plans and determining training objectives and goals Formulates training outlines and determines instructional methods, utilizing knowledge of specified training needs and effectiveness of such methods as individual training, group instruction, over-the-shoulder support and virtual training (E-Learning training LMS) Bachelor's degree or a 3-year Diploma in IT or related healthcare stream Clinical Background is mandatory for all modules except (ERM/ESM) Prior experience with the Cerner modules (ERM/ESM, Ambulatory (Physician | Nurse, Dental, Laboratory, Maternity, Radiology, Billing OR Pharmacy) is an advantage. Minimum of 6 years' experience in a similar role Experience in training medical personnel on clinical information systems (CIS)
