<li><strong><em> 1–3 years caregiving or related experience preferred </em></strong></li>
<li><strong><em> Compassionate, patient, and reliable personality </em></strong></li>
<li><strong><em> Strong communication and interpersonal skills </em></strong></li>
<li><strong><em> Ability to work independently and responsibly </em></strong></li>
<li>
<strong><em> Ability to safely assist and lift clients</em></strong><strong> </strong>
</li>
</ol><div><strong><u>Required Certifications:-</u></strong></div><ol>
<li><strong><em> Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card (Arizona) </em></strong></li>
<li><strong><em> Article 9 Certification </em></strong></li>
<li><strong><em> CPR & First Aid Certification </em></strong></li>

<li><strong><em> High school diploma or equivalent </em></strong></li>
<li><strong><em> Reliable transportation </em></strong></li>
<li><strong><em> Ability to pass background AZDPS/CBC</em></strong></li>
