Role Overview
We are looking for a
Tricentis LiveCompare Lead with 8+ years of overall IT experience and strong expertise in SAP Testing and Impact-Based Testing (IBT). The candidate will lead LiveCompare implementation and optimize SAP regression testing cycles.
This is a techno-functional leadership role requiring hands-on expertise and stakeholder management.
Must Have Skills
- 8+ years in QA / SAP Testing
- 3+ years hands-on experience in Tricentis LiveCompare
- Experience with Impact-Based Testing (IBT)
- Strong knowledge of SAP ECC or S/4HANA
- Experience integrating LiveCompare with:
- SAP Solution Manager (ChaRM)
- SAP Transport Management System (TMS)
- Experience with Tricentis Tosca
- Good understanding of SAP modules (FI / MM / SD preferred)
Good to Have
- Tricentis Certifications
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA migration projects
- DevOps / CI-CD exposure (Jenkins / Azure DevOps)
- Experience working in Agile environment
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation of Tricentis LiveCompare
- Drive Impact-Based Testing strategy
- Analyze SAP transports and identify impacted processes
- Optimize regression test suite using LiveCompare
- Work closely with SAP functional and business teams
- Provide status reports and dashboards to stakeholders
- Mentor QA team members
