About the role

At TribesforGOOD, we believe young people can drive meaningful change. As a Project Associate, you’ll be at the heart of building partnerships, supporting social impact projects, and empowering changemakers.

You will gain hands-on experience in project management, partnerships, and stakeholder engagement. This role offers exposure to the education and social impact sector, with room to take on leadership as you grow.


Prerequisites: Bachelor's degree in any discipline, Strong interest in Social Impact Space. Candidates with a strong academic background will be preferred. Graduates planning to apply for Masters in the next  1-2 years are encouraged to apply.


Location: Mumbai 

Hybrid: 2 days in office - Nariman Point 

Prior work experience requirement:  0-2 years

Languages: English, Hindi

The Role – Project Associate (Your core responsibilities)

  • Build and manage partnerships with schools, NGOs, and social enterprises.
  • Coordinate daily operations—overseeing classes, onboarding students, and identifying meaningful social impact projects.
  • Represent TribesforGOOD at events and be the face of our mission.
  • Step in and adapt to dynamic needs, ensuring projects run smoothly.


Skills 

  • Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets, data analysis, and digital collaboration tools (Zoom, Google Workspace).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Comfort with public speaking and relationship management.
