About BeyondXP
BeyondXP designs luxury transformational gatherings at the intersection of art, wellness, and human connection. We create immersive experiences for foundwers, entrepreneurs, builders and leaders seeking growth, community, and meaning. We host weekend experiences where we blend science-based wellness, spiritual exploration, and creative celebration.
About the role
Our experiences only work when the right people are in the room. As our full-time sales hire, you'll find them, invite them in, guide them to a yes, and make sure they come back. You'll work directly with the Founder to build the revenue engine behind every gathering.
Every potential member should feel seen, supported, and excited to join, and every seat should be filled by someone who belongs there. That's the job.
What you'll own
Sales and revenue: fill every gathering
- Own the sales pipeline for all BeyondXP events, from first enquiry to payment received
- Run discovery and sales conversations on calls, WhatsApp, and email. Be consultative, never pushy
- Vet applicants for fit and work with the Founder on final approvals
- Share payment details, follow up, close, and track every rupee against event targets
- Keep the CRM clean, so no lead is ignored or left without a next step
- Report weekly on pipeline, conversions, and revenue
- Help shape pricing, offers, early-bird windows, and partnerships
Customer experience: be the voice of BeyondXP
- Be a warm, attentive listener for every prospect and guest, before, during, and after an event
- Make every interaction empathetic, professional, inspiring, and on-brand
Community and relationships: play the long game
- Turn guests into repeat buyers and advocates
- Keep the community informed through WhatsApp groups, emails, and announcements
- Run feedback loops after each experience and feed insights back into sales
- Build a referral and alumni engine so our best members bring the next ones
What success looks like
- First 90 days: You can sell our experiences without a script, every lead sits in the CRM with a next step, and you've closed your first gathering against its target.
Who we're looking for
- 2–4 years in sales, business development, or client relationships, ideally in experiences, events, hospitality, wellness, or premium consumer products
- A track record of closing, with targets you owned and numbers you hit
- Comfortable selling high-value experiences to founders, CXOs, and creators
- Excellent communication in English, and warm, sharp, and genuinely curious about people
- Highly organized: you can run many conversations at once and nothing slips
- At home with CRMs, WhatsApp Business, spreadsheets, and email tools
- Passionate about wellness, personal growth, and community
- Self-driven, treating the pipeline like your own business
Bonus points for a network in India's startup or founder community, AIESEC or community-building experience, or a background in retreats.
What's in it for you
- Access to BeyondXP gatherings, so the experiences you sell are ones you'll live
- Direct mentorship from the Founder
- A clear path from first sales hire to leading the sales team
Details
- Salary: ₹30,000–50,000 per month, fixed, based on experience
- Type: Full-time
- Mode: Hybrid, Chandigarh, with on-ground presence at BeyondXP events
- Reports to: Founder
- Start: Rolling, as soon as the right person shows up
How to apply
- Apply here, or write to siddhant@beyondxp.in with the subject "Tribe Curator & Sales Lead." Tell us who you are and why this matters to you, the sale you're proudest of (with numbers), and the last community you cared about.
