Overview

Job Responsibilities:

The Data Research Analyst will support senior management by providing data-driven insights and research to inform strategic decisions. This role involves analyzing complex data sets, conducting market research, and generating reports that align with the company's objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, excellent communication skills, and experience in the IT/ITeS organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive data analysis to support strategic initiatives.
• Perform market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data.
• Present findings and recommendations to the senior management.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reports and analyses.
• Support ad-hoc research and data analysis requests from the senior management.
  
  

Skills

• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., MS Excel, SQL, Python) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good communication skills
  
  

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (any stream)

Experience Range: 2 to 3 years of experience in data analysis, research, or a related role.
